Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

DES is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if it is severely damaged.
  • Take clear photos of the package.
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
